Northern Kentucky - St. Elizabeth Healthcare will offer a free prostate cancer screening over two days in October and November. The American Urological Association (AUA) Foundation, the Urology Group and St. Elizabeth Healthcare want you to “Know Your Stats about Prostate Cancer.” Men 40 or older should consider taking advantage of this free screening. Knowing your risk could help save your life.

According to the American Cancer Society, more than 240,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year in the United States with one in six men being diagnosed during their lifetime.

The prostate screening will include an exam by a urologist and a blood test. This screening is limited so please call early to reserve a time slot. When registering, have your contact information and that of your primary care physician as well as any urologists who you want to review your results.
